چکیده:

Carbon nanotube field effect transistors (CNFETs) are being extensively studied as possible successors to Silicon MOSFETs. Implementable CNTFET circuits have operational characteristics to approach the advantage of using MVL in voltage mode. In this paper we used CNTFETs to implement LukaSiewicz basic operators. Ternary valued logic (TVL) LukaSiewicz is a novel circuit design in the multiple valued-logic field . LukaSiewicz has two basic operators (necessary and negation) widely used to implement all the ternary logical operations. Consequently, the
simulation result demonstrate the efficient circuit parameters such as chip area, delay, power and power delay product
