The competitive global market, as well as the continuous focus on customers’ satisfaction, force organizations to find ways to absorb, develop, and share knowledge, apply innovation, and learn effectively to provide better services. Management is increasingly aware that knowledge resources are essential to the development of their organizations, and technological enhancements can add to the competitive advantage of their firms. However, it seems that many organizations are facing a declining innovativeness and knowledge absorption in their structure. This article will use analytical study method and years of experiences of authors in the knowledge management field to discuss the causes to the problems of organization about knowledge absorption, use, and sharing. Besides, a model for enhancing innovativeness and knowledge sharing withinorganizations will be introduced.
