چکیده:

Objective: Antibiotics improper usage without proper MIC tests not only leads to increase the cost product but also the presence of antibiotic resistance pathogen bacteria will be as a result. On the other hand improper over usage of antibiotics without attention to lifetime periods will result in drug residuals in protein products and consequently congenital abnormalities, allergy, cancer and antibiotic resistance in humans. In this study, bacterial resistance to current antibiotics used in fish farms in province of Chahrmahal VA Bakhtiari, including Enrofeloxacine, Oxytetracycline, florfenicol, Tetracycline, Sultrim, Flomaquin and Erytromycine were evaluated during the period 2006 to 2007.
Method & Materials: According to standard methods.
Results & Conclusion: The Results of this study were shown; 1- Antibacterial impacts of Enrofeloxacine, Oxytetracycline, Flomaquin, Tetracycline and Sultrim were decreased significantly in 2007 compared with 2006. 2- Most of the farmers without vet prescription and MIC test used the antibiotics in fish farms. 3- Bacterial resistance to Erytromycine because of improper usage to prevent of streptococcosis to other fish farms was observed. 4- Antibacterial impacts of Florfenicol were shown no significant decrease that maybe related to high price as a resulted to inclination for this medicine.
