چکیده:

In this study we have evaluated the biosynthesis of spherical and narrow dispersed silver colloidal nanoparticles by fungus Fusarium oxysporum and the effects of processing variables such as time of reaction, biomass and Ag+ ions concentration in the reaction mixture on synthesized silver nanoparticles. The morphology, size distribution, stability and optical properties of synthesized silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, SEM, EDX, and FTIR. Our investigations confirmed the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles with average particle size of 30 nm. FTIR analysis indicated that there has been protein which maybe responsible for stabilization of synthesized silver nanoparticles.
