چکیده:

One of the most important requirements of developing appropriate strategies for international marketing is correct identification of target markets. One can evaluate and prioritize target markets and develop and correctly apply marketing strategies through investigating and comparing various attributes in these kinds of markets. Using quantitative techniques and decision making skills will lead to better results regarding the evaluation of marketing strategies. This study makes use of analytic Quantitative Strategic Planning Method (QSPM) for evaluating international marketing strategies of Busbebr Province in Iran, and LfNMAPi technique is used for resolving its problems in making strategic decisions. Tbe findings of this study belp decision-makers of governmental trading to
investigate the results oftheir decisions in a more logical and efficient way.
