چکیده:

The optical and electrical properties of semiconductor nanoparticles are strongly dependent on their size. A flexible control of the size of the nanoparticles is of interest for tuning their properties for different applications. In this work,we propose a method that enables us to decrease CdS nanoparticles size.CdS Nanoparticles were grown using Cd(No3)2 and Na2S as the precursors and thioglycerol (TG) as the capping agent.At first,CdS nano particles were formed through chemical soluble method with dropper that their size was about 3.65nm.Then we arrange a new setup of experiment which creat turbulent flow and decreses CdS nanopartcles size about 2.3nm.Also we inspected time evolution of CdS nanoparticle with different Reynolds number
