چکیده:

Tissue engineering, a technique to create new tissue from cultured cells, has now been considered as a potential alternative to tissue transplantation [1]. Fabrication of a suitable scaffolds, biocompatible and well-porous, is a very primary and important factor in tissue engineering success.In this study a three component scaffold, with improved mechanical properties and high biocompatibility were performed by a novel route. Hydroxyapatite (HAp) as the main component of bone and teeth has been used [2]. The other phases were used in this nano-composite, were used as agents to improve mechanical strength.
