چکیده:

Self-organized and vertically oriented titanium oxide nanotube array (NTA) has been synthesized by potentiostat anodization of Ti foil in a fluoride containing electrolyte. The formation mechanism of titania NTA was investigated through time monitoring the current density during anodization. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of nanotubular titanium oxide films showed that under optimized conditions titania nanotubes with a diameter of up to 150 nm and a length of up to 600 nm were prepared. The optical absorption properties of titania NTA with different diameters were investigated using diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy
