چکیده:

In this paper, a T-joint tube hydroforming process is simulated using the finite element method. The effect of prominent parameters such as, friction, strain- hardening exponent, die corner radius, load path, counter punch on the thickness distribution, protrusion height, die clamping force and axial punch force was investigated. Achieved results were compared with the experimental work reported by the prior researches and verified. Finally, appropriate parameters have been suggested to achieve a defectless product.
