چکیده:

Cobalt oxide nanoparticles grew up within the nanoreactors of MCM-48. The method includes preparation of MCM-48 nanoreactors by sol-gel method and its subsequent grafting with aminopropyl(triethoxy)silane(APS) in THF at room temperature. Cobalt chloride is then immobilized within Si-MCM-48 followed by further addition of APS in order to remove the chloride ions. The obtained solid product; Si/Co/Si-MCM-48 is calcined at 573K and an olive green product identified as highly dispersed CoO in the nanoreactorss of MCM-48 with 35 nm and wormlike structure. The solid product was characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, EDAX, and FT-IR spectroscopy.
