The ultimate goal of any CRM initiative is to improve your company’s profitability By definition this can happen only when the number and value of your profitable customers increase . for this the CLTV the proper method for identifying profitable customers. In this paper we have considered the method for calculating customer’s value . Then the CLTV concept and method for calculating it have been studied . Finally we offer the method for calculating it in hosuhould equipment
