چکیده:

Material requirement planning (MRP) is used as important technique into production planning topics and several researches have done around it, but in the case of fuzzy lead time there are few researches available in the literature.
In this paper fuzzy lead-time is discussed to cover uncertainty condition in MRP systems. Hereby, history of vendor delivery and volume of order are considered as inputs, and lead-time is defined as out put of the proposed fuzzy system. Finally, based on some linguistic rules (that are logical relationship between inputs and output) and generating fuzzy rule base, lead- time is estimated. The numerical example is given to
demonstrate superiority of the designed proposed system.
