چکیده:

This paper presents the usage of rule-based fuzzy expert system for satellite alert systems. The solar indices are described by fuzzy models and with the ruleinduction algorithms the rules are generated. After rule reduction process they are used as reasoning rules in a fuzzy inference system. Ultimately, regarding the effectsof weight of the different criteria and related fired rules, the rule-based inference engine of the developedexpert system over new observations, declares suitablealerts to satellites systems to prevent harms. This paper presented, the advantages of rule-based fuzzy expertsystems in preventing the harms caused by solar activities are presented. The results of application of this system on real data are shown to make the alert more exact.
