چکیده:

Gap contamination by debris is a major problem in EDM and the conventional method of gap flushing by injection or suction through a hole in tool or work electrode is not always feasible. In the present studies an alternative method of gap flushing by rotation of slotted tool was investigated which proved to be quite effective for machining surfaces of revolution.
