Low frequency ultrasound systems (less than 10 MHz) have been developed with special ultrasonic applications . To obtain high frequency ultrasound waves and use them in very small structures, it must be used from methods with better resolution and this guide to establish new technology due to using picosecond optical techniques which named picosecond ultrasonics and based on pulse-echo technique [2,3]. Recently, the THz LA phonon oscillation in multiple semiconductor quantum well structure with InGaN/GaN layers was experimentally demonstrated [7,9]. Also oscillation cycles controlling in this structure was done .1-D nano ultrasonic scans with optical piezoelectric transducer was experimentally demonstrated . In this paper we describe the principle of generation and detection the nano acoustic waves in a multiple quantum wells structure and simulate the generation waves. For analyzing the results we repeated the simulation with changing the condition of generation. In this paper we have proceeded the longitudinal acoustic phonons with frequency about a few THz.
