چکیده:

The Cr2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by microwave and hydrothermal conditions. The influence of templates such as triethanol amine (TEA), acetylacetone (acac), ethylenediamine (en), citric acid (CA), ethylene glycol (EG), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and octylamine (OA) was investigated on the crystallization and assembly behavior of Cr2O3. The size distribution of individual particles were about 40-70 nm with spherical morphology. The products were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, and Raman spectroscopy.
