چکیده:

The deck of military crafts is usually exposed to muzzle blast effects from a wide variety of guns. These stiffened structures must be sufficiently strong to withstand blast pressure. The distribution of gun muzzle blast loads is in a very complex pattern. This paper aims at introducing the results of structural modelling and analysis of one aluminium deck under such a complicated load. In line with the defined aim, transient dynamic analyses are performed applying finite element method.
