Environmental consideration experienced in recent years have led to encouragement of generating electricity using renewable sources such as solar and wind. The generation of electricity from wind energy and solar energy has been considered world wide, particularly in the United States
and Europe. The integration of wind power and solar power with the utility network create some technical problems. Connection of wind and solar energy to interconnected network causes negative effects on quality of supply and reliability of system. The effects of wind energy on the dynamic behaviour of a network includes worsening the voltage and frequency quality, increasing demand on control device of wind turbine and increasing load on control system of network. The power fluctuation is the result of changes in wind speed in different times. In order to reduce these negative effects there are conventional methods such as using rotation-variable generating system, increasing the short circuit power at the junction of wind turbine and the network. This paper presents an integrated system which absorbs power fluctuations and supplies utility network with electric power at a constant rate.
