چکیده:

This paper proposes an implementation of strategic way to logistic innovation through the Russian methodology – Rechénia Izobretatelskih Zadátchi Theory – TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and Value Engineering at the earthquake crisis management. By considering all aspects of VE ,TRIZ and also crisis management, a new design for sleeping bed could be proposed in order to lower the number of injured and dead as well. Every year many people loose their life because of earthquake. The world has experienced fair share of earthquake disasters over the years and it happens every now and then in different parts of the world. Poor quality construction methods used for old houses which are mostly made of clay and mud is one of the most important factors for high number of dead and casualties. Usually, people who live in these types of houses are not able to spend money to make their structure safe based on standards and codes of construction. This new bed could be made of steel, timber or any other materials like hard plastic in order to withstand the load whenever an earthquake strikes. Though combining TRIZ with earthquake crisis management and value engineering, it could give us new ideas and results which would be the most important solutions for this problem.
