چکیده:

The implement an analogue MOS defuzzifier Normalization Locked Loop (NLL) method is used .The NLL method performs defuzzification without usinganalogue divider. Therefore only analog multiplier is used for defuzzification and the complexity of defuzzifier is thus reduced. In this paper a new lowpower analogue differential multiplier based on the operation of MOS transistor in saturation region is presented. This multiplier is operated in current modewithout using bias circuit. Linear error of this multiplier is about 800nA and its maximum power consumption is about 66μW
