چکیده:

Supply chain management is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the operations of the supply chain with the purpose to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible. Integrated supply chain management enables firms to have a stronger market position and greater customer satisfaction .The aim of this study is to represent an approach for measuring customer satisfaction and determining it’s major factors in Engineer-to-order companies. As an output a questioner which is involved 60 questions is prepared. The base of questioner adjusts on customer satisfaction in business-to-business context.
