چکیده:

In addition to breeding new varieties, the flower sector has focused on determining and promoting new genera and species that are not being produced before. Mediterranean countries have great potential in terms of developing outdoor plants and benefitting from flora. There is a need for research on rapid and healthy production methods of natural plant species that are not being cultivated previously. When globalwarming and lack of water resources are considered, plants that are potentially resistant to drought and capable of using water efficiently and have high functional features should be cultivated and their usageas ornamental plants should be increased. Chamaecytisus hirsutus is a deciduous shrub having these properties with a high ornamental potential.The aim of this research is to determine the effects of different times of the year and NAA and IBA doses on rooting of Chamaecytisus hirsutus (L.) Link which grown naturally in the Mediterranean climate belt’s flora. Cuttings were taken at 5 different times, namely October, November, February, March and April. Five doses of IBA and NAA; 0 (control), 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 ppm were used for encouraging rooting The results showed that 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 ppm NAA and 3000 ppm IBA doses and among the cutting collection times April gave the best rooting.results.
