چکیده:

The greatest challenge of information technology services organization and companies are spending the least time and presenting the best quality . This matter appears in different parts of organization among them we can mention cases such as increase of human force efficiency optimal use of existing resources and creating new possibilities and capacities according to the business real necessity . only having control over advanced technoloigy and expert human force is not reliever and a very important problem is considered called serveice management procedures that really its connector ring between technology and individuals.
