Nowadays sealants are used in car manufacturing factories as an under body coatings to resist dust, water diffusion and corrosion. Base of these sealers in most factories are PVC, plasticizer, filler, stabilizer and other additives. Since PVC is really susceptible to cracking after being cured and being passed through the oven, controlling the formulation, curing conditions, curing time and thickness is of great importance.
