چکیده:

Since the mid-1970s, magnetic particles from nanometer to micrometer size have been widely used in biological and medical fields. The unique feature of magnetic particles is their response to magnetic force.[1]developing detection of tumor antigens is very important , it can potentially aid in early disease detection, monitoring of treatment efficacy, and drug development.HER2 is a protooncogene that encodes a 185-kDa transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase, which is over expressed by many human tumors. [2] Herceptin(Trastuzumab) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts on the HER2/neu (erbB2) receptor. [3] In this study, we synthesized dextran coated iron oxide nanoparticles conjugated to herceptin (anti -her2) and used it for detecting her2 antigen easily in the A431 and MCF7 cancer cells
