چکیده:

Objective: The aim of the present study was to isolate and identify of parasitic and saprophyte fungal infection in a fish farm.
Material and Methods: The samples (n=275) were obtained from ten fish farm and were transferred to the Mycology Laboratory in sterile tubes. The fish samples were incubated on potato dextrose agar (PDA, SDA, CMA, and GPA) at room temperature (18-24°C).
Results and Conclusion: Isolated and identified fungi were Mucor sp., Aspergillus sp., Rhizopus sp., Saprolegnia Saprolegnia parasitica, Fusarium sp., Alternaria, Helmentosporium, Cladoporium, Penicillium, in which Saprolegnia parasitica is a pathogenic aquatic fungi and Aspergillus sp, Penicillium, Fusarium have the potencial of existence of toxin producer fungi in the studied samples. Controlling toxogenic fungi contamination in fish products is very important.
