چکیده:

There are several forms of organizational integration such as mergers, acquisitions, alliances, and conglomerates. In this paper I maianly focus on mergers and acquisition (M&A) however most of the topics can be generalized to all forms of organizational integration. when organization integrate they should apply their knowledge to find ways of making things work (Rasmus,2000). knowhedge managment (KM) plays an important role in the success of organizational in tegration.
