چکیده:

In this research, experimental concentration of L-Lysine-HCl syrup using VMD was investigated. Four parameters were supposed to have the most influences on the process; they were temperature, vacuum pressure, feed velocity on the membrane and feed concentration, respectively. In order to save time and money Taghuchi experimental design was employed. The results show that VMD can be successfully employed to concentrate L-Lysine-HCl syrup.
