In this work the uranium ores belong to Bandar -Abbass Uranium anomalies have been leached out by sea water in sulfuric acid medium, since it is possible that adequate fresh water will be not available or might be expensive when it is processed in large scale. Two samples of different batches containing 11 and 20 gr./Iit. chlorine underwent two stages of precipitation by lead nitrate. As the result of this treatment, the chlorine removed and its final concentration reduced to 530 ppm which is well below allowances. Then the uranium of dechlorinated solution has been extracted by TBP. The uranium in organic phase was stripped out into inorganic phase by sodium carbonate. The U content of this solution was precipitated in a form of yellow cake and converted to U308 . The total recovery of U in comparison to primary solution was well above 90% and the purity of the frnal product was over 94%. A great amount of impurities belongs to Na with 3.73%. More than99% of Mo, which exists in leach liquor, has been separated from the uranium. The used lead has been recovered from low soluble precipitations. In this process, the intensive
effect of sea water composition on the alkaline lead solution has been noticed as an important phenomenon, which leads to recover most of the used lead for recycling.
