The problem of managing the supply chain networks regarding customer satisfaction factors has become a realy valuable problem for many firms, organizations and factories. In this paper, for determining location allocation decisions in a supply chain networks , one of the most important customer satisfaction factors, i.e. service level, is defind and focused. we proposea twe- phase approech twe consider these decision in a three echelon supply chain network.
