چکیده:

Theophylline was encapsulated in polyurethane prepared with Hexamethylenediisocynate (HMDI), Polycaprolactone (PCL) (MW=530) and Starch as polyols and Butone diol as chain extender. Polyurethane micro and nanospheres were prepared in two reactors which includes polyurethane preparation and micro and nanospheres formation, respectively. PCL/starch, HMDI and theopylline were mixed in the first reactor and then transferred to the aqueous medium (moving at 5000 rpm) of the second reactor.
