چکیده:

This paper investigates the buckling of free hanging single layer graphene sheet (SLGS) under the distributed tensile force applied on all atoms. Tension buckling of armchair and zigzag graphene sheet is explored under different temperature conditions by using Molecular Dynamics simulation. Potential energy versus tension load diagram is extracted. Also the initial load and the maximum tensile force that the SLGS can withstand are reported.
