چکیده:

In this paper, a CAD method is introducetl for anal,yzing photonic crystal slructures. In tltis melltod, the combination of a neuro-fuz4v nefivork and simulated annealing algorithm is used. The performunce of the proposed methotl is evalualed by a test example and it wns lound j0 times faster tltnn genetic algoritltm Using this CAD methorl, new pltotonic crystal topologies were optimized. Il was shown lhul all optimized struclurcs
converge to circular shapes.
