Using of kinetic theory of gases to determine macroscopic properties of simple and non-polar gases from their microscopic properties is the subject of many different researches. However there is no enough attention, to estimate the microscopic properties of gases from their macroscopic properties. In the present research Lennard-Jones’ parameters (collision diameter and ε/k) of nitrogen, and methane was evaluated from their P-V-T (macroscopic properties) data. Determination of Critical constant (Tc, Vc and Pc) and some transport properties of this simple gases are the important applications of Lennard-Jones’ parameters. At last there is a comparison between the evaluated and experimental data.
