چکیده:

This paper proposes new visual tools for the analysis of,control stntcture in large-scale complex systems. Brced on Basis Pr,rsuit Regtilarisation (BPR) regression techniques, these tools provide the control system designer ‘with a complete insight into many aspects of control stnrcture selection problem, inchtding identification of important controller connections and overall sensitivity assessment of the control structure. The lools presenled in this paper utilize a convex loss-function vhich is solved fficiently using semi-definite prograntming techniques The paper inclucles an appliccrtion ca.se slucly of a heating ftn’nace where the analysis resulls are also compured vith ntore traditional methods such cts the Relative Gain tlrrav (RGA)
