چکیده:

In a coarse-grained elastic network model, a system is represented by the spring network among representative point masses. In this simple model the only Cα atoms in a protein are treated as point masses and they are assumed to be linked by linear springs. In this paper, normal mode analysis based on mechanical vibration theory and elastic network model is performed to study the vibration of OmpF porin, a membrane protein, around its equilibrium state
