In this work Navier-Stoks equation was solved successfully by numerical method in order to predict the fluid behavior in Hydrocyclone .The turbulency was presented by k-ε standard model. The experimental data were used as boundary conditions. In order to match the model with the experimental data a 10.8 cm Hydrocyclone was used. For this purpose, the path of particle movement was studied using colored tracer particles and digital photography with the speed of 27 frames per second and finally it was studied by computer software.
