چکیده:

Some theoretical ideas and results of continuous parallel noise-resistant precise measurements of selfelectric field intensity and temperature in holes are discussed in the paper. In the result we can conclude that in the focus of expected earthquake long-period connected variations may be parametrically stimulated (for example: by injection of depth high-temperature plasma in surface soil layer of the Earth), which can spread over the Earth at large distance and getting into atmosphere-ionosphere can be disintegrated and transformed, invoking precursors’ anomalies on big areas and change the induction permeability of atmosphere-ionosphere by disturbance of other celestial bodies.
