چکیده:

In this paper we consider transfer function models, to explain a relation between two time series when one acts as a leading indicator for the other. This is a manner to show teleconnection effect. NAO as a factor to justify westerly could be known as climate factor for Iran. Because of Iran precipitation is affected by westerlies, it is useful to emphasize on NAO as a factor for one element of Iran climate. We discuss the precipitation time series of Tabriz station by using transfer function model on NAO. This study consider two aim, at first to clear the NAO effect on Iran climate as a teleconnection window, and .the second to introduce the transfer function as a method for tleconnection study.
