Scientific novelty of seismogeochemical researches in Azerbaijan, consist of, that for fluids of observant RSCC NASA network, the epicenters of strong and catastrophic earthquakes Anatolian-Iranian-Caucasus tectonic block and water area of Caspian sea seismological and geochemical materials are in a complex systematized, generalized and analyzed and for the first time in world practice of seismoforecast works are executed the following researches: 1. Established influence of a seismic field strong and catastrophic (M=5.5) earthquakes in epicenter zones of Alpine-Himalaya tectonic zone of the Earth on geochemical fields of fluids of Azerbaijan. And at the same time hypocenters of the crusts earthquakes, occurrence on depths h=70.., and located in limits Anatolian-Iranian-Caucasus segment provoke short run change of the geochemical environment of migration of fluids in all seismogen zones of Azerbaijan and Caspian sea, and hypocenters of deep-focus (h=150÷۴۰۰٫٫) over mantle earthquakes high seismicity zones Hindukush segment influence only on geochemical fields of fluids North- Absheron zone of Azerbaijan and sea water of Caspian sea; 2. revealed many seismoforecasts geochemical (hydro,-gas,- and radiogeochemical) criteria – indicators, reflecting started preparations of strong and catastrophic earthquakes of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Dagestan, Armenia, Turkey, Iran and water area of Caspian sea; 3. developed express method of automatic formatting of geochemical anomalies, which reflect an authentic and operative estimation of "intensity" in geochemical and seismic fields in real time; 4. developed the algorithm and the software for express – automatic formatting the geochemical anomalies, reflecting preparation of strong or catastrophic seismic event in real time; 5.developed express – method of operative diagnostics of the seismic epicenters of strong and catastrophic earthquakes on geochemical fields in real time; 6. executed identification and classification of the separate epicenters of trong and catastrophic earthquakes on geochemical fields; 7. made atlases of classification ofthe separate epi centers of the strong and catastrophic earthquakes, identified on seismoforecasts to geochemical criteria. They represent geochemical "portraits" of the seismic epicenters, which practically allow identify in real time these centers on anomalies in geochemical fields. Mistakes, which arise for today at an estimation of seismic conditions in real time, are connected to the following main reasons: 1.) is necessary the extensive regional seismogeochemical network of stations covering all seismogen zones in the countries, adjacent with Azerbaijan (Russia-Dagestan,Georgia, Armenia, Iran, Turkey). 2.) is necessary the statistic of the geochemical information, which will reflect the period of preparation of the seismic epicenters of the specified region. Clearly, that the decision of the present questions – it is a challenge demanding the complex analysis of laws of seismic, tectonic, geophysical and geochemical processes with attraction of experts, living in territory of Anatolian-Iranian-Caucasus region.
