چکیده:

As it has been recognized in many research reports, lead sulfide nanostructured material can be used in several applications due to its size dependence properties. Nanophotonics is one of the most important applications of this material. For example, lead sulfide nanocrystal can be applied as detector, hybrid solar cell and so on [1-3]. Biological application of colloidal form of PbS nanocrystal is another new interested subject for scientists. But, the prepared sample of this purpose must provide high luminescence intensity near 600 nm wavelength and a large stock shift [4].
