چکیده:

Hydrophobic drug loaded nanocapsules with polyesteric triblock copolymer PEG-PBA-PEG as shell and olive oil as core of nanocapsules were prepared by the interfacial polymer deposition solvent evaporation method. The PEG-(polybutylene adipate)-PEG were synthesized by poly condensation copolymerization method. In this research we tried to prepare nanocapsules by emulsification of a mixture of drug, polymer, acetone and olive oil in aqueous phase without using surfactant. It has been shown that the size of nanocapsules depends on variety of factors such as: the ratio of polymer to oil and concentration of polymers. The nanocapsules were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and zeta potential sizer (ZPS). The estradiol valerate, as a model drug has been encapsulated and the encapsulation efficiency, drug loading were investigated
