چکیده:

In this work a series of polymer-clay nanocomposite (PCN) materials that consist polyimide and typical clay were prepared by the solution dispersion. Quaternary alkylamonium modified montmorillonite, cloisite 20A, used as clay. The poly(amic acid) solution was prepared from different di-anhydrides in DMAC as solvent. The imidization process followed by thermal treatment of poly(amic acid) solution in a regular temperature programming in the circulation oven. Preparation of polyimide nanocomposites and its poly(amic acid) intermediates confirmed by conventional method
