چکیده:

Land use and transportation are two subsystems of complex urban system that affect each other. For this reason modelling urban transportation in relation to land use, and awareness of integrated modelling methods for precise planning and control of urban traffic is inevitable. In addition, some of the urban problems are rooted in consideration of land use and transportation in separate structure. Because of these reasons in the recent years various attempts have been made in the field of transportation modelling according to the different urban variables, systems, methods and theories. Among the numerous models developed in the field of integrated modelling, and differences in their theoretical foundations, prioritization of these models seems necessary. So in this paper general structure of integrated models and a brief introduction of these models were presented. Then criteria were defined, and prioritization was done through fuzzy analytic hierarchical process. The results of prioritization showed that TRANUS and URBANSIM models were located in the first and second priors, but more accurate studies about these models were emerged that there is some restrictions in data requirements particularly in developing countries. So in this paper we developed a more complex conceptual integrated model based on neural network which is compatible with available data in developing countries
