چکیده:

Diatomite is a Sedimentary matter with a high percent of Silicon Dioxide which can be found in different
parts of the world including Sea & Land. It has an appearance like Ghyps in Land Mines but which is softer
than that and which can be transformed to powder more easily. Although sometimes it has been observed
that Diatomite became so hard in account of different Chemical, Physical & Mechanical agents. Usually
Diatomite contains 80% till 90% Silicon Dioxide ( SiO2) which is accompanied by so many different
compounds such as Alumina ( Al2O3 , 0.6 % till 8% ) , Iron Oxide ( Fe2O3 , 0.2% till 3.5% ), Phosphate (
P2O5) , Magnesia ( MgO), Potassium, that each of them usually forms less than 1% of the Diatomite. There
exist also another materials like Lime ( CaO , between 0.3% till 3% ) , that this amount will reach to 13% in
undesirable kinds of Diatomite.
In this Researching Method Diatomite is pumped from shallow water and is directly transferred from the
depth in the sea to the factory. In usual methods Diatomite will be riddled after being Absorb Moisture & for
the prevention of dust scattering it is essential to use Air Silicon. In this Method (Suspension) riddling &
using Air Silicon is not necessary, o no dust will be produced & also it will not cause any sort of Air
pollution. The speed of purification is higher and there is no need for Grader Instruments, since on the base
of the speed of sedimentation, the different dimensions of Diatomite according to Industrial need can be
isolated. The Product of first stage is natural Diatomaceous earth calcinations that each ha a separate
application in Industries. For producing Calcinations Diatomite & Super Calcinations Diatomite, Revolving
Furnace will be used in the place of Ordinary Furnace. This process will cause some sort of mixing in
Diatomite & also melting assistance. This process besides increasing the absorbing power will cause burning
and exiting of Organic impurities.
The procedures which were mentioned for each stage, have the higher random in comparison with the
ordinary procedures & the quality of each of the products is so high and is more economic comparing to
other imported samples and will cause the speed of the production.
