چکیده:

Recently insoluble immobilized enzymes for a variety of applications have been developed. Catalytic functions (CF) of immobilized enzymes are designed to convert the target compounds (or substrates) on the desired time and space. [1, 2] Enzyme activity by encapsulating each enzyme molecule with enzymes is valuable biocatalysts of nanometer scale that regulate the chemistry of cells and organisms [3-5]. We have developed a unique protocol for stabilizes the enzyme activity by encapsulating enzyme molecule with Tio2. In this work the cell free extract of nitrogenase obtained from Paenibacillus was embedded in Tio2 nano particle and production of ammonium in present of H2 and N2 gases was studied. This Paenibacillus produce ammonium in nitrogen fixation process by nitrogenase enzyme. The results showed that nano layer with Tio2 has the same activities as freeze dry enzyme and produced 100 micromole ammonium per one milligram of protein in hr. This embedded enzyme was more stable compare to freeze enzyme
