چکیده:

The ‘wireless nature of the ntedium combined with energt constraints pose big challenges on the design of energt eficient and reliable protocols
for wireless sensor nehttorks (VfrSN). In this paper, an energ) efficient communication strategl is proposed. First, a general energ) consumption model is developed to investigate the trffic load with the multi-hop networking. Then, an energl fficient transntission protocol based on new developed optimization model is proposed, to find the optimal modulation, the optimal number of hops and best transntission range, while il must satisfy given throughput and delay requirements. Sintulation results show that the proposed model can save energ) and improve the lifetime of WSN signiJicantly.
