چکیده:

This paper considers recommendations for developing national strategy of digital content in Iran. According to United Nations Development Program, digital content is one of major factors in developing ICT. Production , presentation, exportation, storage, access security and dev elopement of digital content are major issues in content development. In iran there are no comprehensive upstream documents that cover all issues on digital content. There are many definitions for digital content. But none of these definitions is proper for Iran digital content. This paper proposes a proper definition according to national ICT related upstream document. Major contribution of this paper is extracting priority of compilation thee national document of digital content , regard to weaknesses and strength in content providing, exportation, accessing and developing . this paper identifies digital content segmentation and recommends some strategies for policy makers of digital content specially MICT of MCIG . national strategies of modern countries are studied and all engaged agents digital content are presented. Finally , some recommendations and policies are proposed for policy markers and every one active in ICT and digital content sector.
