In the century of new technologies, there is a very closed and severe competition a mange the production and service companies, in order to obtain and maintain a very share of market .In this category, customer will play a vital and substantial role, and Customer satisfaction has been recognized as a priority in strategic plans each company .As a market have been occupied by too many companies, which production a big variety of each product with different and specification, if can be deduced that Quality & price are two influential factors for wining the market. In this regard, a proper control human resource and coast management is obviously important. Recruitment of capable and specials manpower not only can increase the quality but also can overcame all the other problems and improve the efficiency.This article will explain how applying of six sigma in IRANKHODRO Peugeot body shop can influence reduction accident in this work shop, in crease the job satisfaction, and control coast management. As a whole, this method includes Define, Measure, Analyses, Improve, Control .it can be applied in order to recognized the hazardous and risky points and determine how to cape with then. Applying this method in the above mentioned shop in 2005 could reduced the accidents up to 50%, further more .it could reduce the wasted time after each accident from 1203 man/day in 2004 to 600 man /day in 2005 .the other advantages of this method were the in creased rate of job-satisfaction a mange the operator, of quality reduction of clinical coast and above all the improvement
