چکیده:

In this paper, we propose an approach to restore the dental radiograms by reducing their noise and system blur, which is caused by radiographic imaging systems (X-Ray imaging systems). In proposed methodology by determination of the system effect of radiograms (i.e. the point spread function of system) a Wiener deconvolution filter has been constructed to remove the noise and system blur from the radiograms. The tests carried out on restoration of different dental radiograms demonstrate the high potentials of the proposed strategy
